- Personalization: By sharing a photo, you give MyBoeki a limited use right to edit that image for your bespoke book. Intellectual Property: All designs, tales, and book compositions belong to MyBoeki. Usage Rights: You confirm you own the rights to any pictures provided and that they comply with South African copyright laws.
Privacy Notice
Your confidence is our priority in this imaginative realm. We gather only basic data needed to produce and ship your book, including the child's name, a photo for the artist, and your delivery address.
Youth Privacy & Picture Protection
At MyBoeki, we handle your child’s images with total care. Uploads are managed in a protected digital space and are purged from our local systems once the artwork is finished. We do not distribute or utilize these images for anything other than your specific order. Our digital transformation adds a layer of anonymity through stylized art, ensuring families feel secure throughout the process.
We partner exclusively with reliable local printing houses in South Africa that adhere to the stringent requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Returns & Refund Policies
Each MyBoeki tale is custom-built for a specific child. Due to the bespoke nature of these gifts, we are unable to provide refunds for changes of mind or style preferences once the printing process has started.

Damaged Items: If your parcel arrives with a defect or error, we will provide a new copy at no additional cost. Get Help: Email info.myboeki@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged shipment.
