Shipping & Delivery
The Magic Timeline: Every MyBoeki storybook is custom-illustrated for your child. Please allow up to 21 working days for your unique keepsake to be crafted, printed, and delivered straight to your door.

- Standard Courier: R90.00. Your parcel is sent with care and tracking, so you can follow your book’s journey from our hands to your doorstep. Available to all nine South African provinces.
Privacy & Photo Safety
Your privacy and the safety of your child's images are our absolute highest priority. We handle every upload with the same care we would for our own families.
- Encryption: All photo uploads are transmitted through secure, encrypted channels.Temporary Storage: Images are used strictly for book generation and are not kept for commercial use.Secure Deletion: All source photos are permanently and securely deleted from our magical servers within 30 days of shipment.Parental Comfort: We never share or sell child data or likenesses with third-party advertisers.
Refund & Returns Policy
Because every MyBoeki book is a custom creation made specifically for your hero, our returns policy reflects the personalized nature of our service:
- Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns for change of mind as these books cannot be resold.Defects: If your book arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.Order Accuracy: We encourage parents to verify spelling and photos before submisson as errors cannot be corrected post-print.
