Client Agreement
Welcome to MyBoeki. By browsing our site and purchasing our custom storybooks, you agree to these terms. All transaction prices are settled in South African Rand (ZAR). We do not accept foreign currency payments at this time. Please ensure you are shopping from within South Africa for the best experience.
- • Customization: You are fully responsible for providing the correct spelling and images.
• Since these are bespoke goods, please verify all inputs before placing your order.
• Creative Rights: MyBoeki owns the artistic styles and book templates used.
• Your original photos remain yours, provided to us under license for order production.
• Standards: We strive for magic, but we may cancel orders containing unsuitable content.
Standard Shipping Policy
We bring stories to life and deliver them to your doorstep in South Africa. As each book is a bespoke creation, our shipping times reflect the artistic care we put into it.
- Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping takes roughly 21 business days. This period covers AI illustration work, professional printing, and courier transit. Service Area: We ship to all provinces across the Republic of South Africa. Please double-check your local address before checkout.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want every South African child to love their book. Fixed to the unique nature of MyBoeki products, our cancellation policy differs from off-the-shelf retail items.
- • Custom Goods: Since every book is made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once production starts.
• Faulty Items: If a book arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days at info.myboeki@gmail.com.
• We will reprint and ship replacements at no cost.
• Our Pledge: We hunt for perfection.
• If you are unhappy, our local support team will make it right.
